Dried fruit prices change with harvests and exchange rates. Offers are usually valid for a short period; prices can be fixed in seasonal contracts.

Yes. With customers who buy on a planned basis we agree quantity, price and delivery schedule at the start of the season and ship regularly throughout the year.

For dried apricots and figs, size is the number of pieces per kilogram. Jumbo apricots, for example, have 61–80 pieces per kilo; the higher the number, the smaller the fruit. For hazelnuts, size is the kernel diameter in millimetres (9–11, 11–13, 13–15 mm).

Sulphured apricots are treated before drying to keep their bright orange colour, with SO₂ kept within EU limits (< 2000 ppm). Sun-dried apricots dry in the sun without any additive and are dark brown with a caramel-like taste.

With every shipment we provide a certificate of analysis (COA) including moisture, SO₂ and, for relevant products, aflatoxin values. Independent laboratory analysis can also be arranged on request.

We work with all common Incoterms, especially EXW, FCA, FOB, CFR, CIF and DAP. For sea shipments the port of loading is usually Mersin.

Loading usually takes 10–20 days from order confirmation. Sea transit takes about 7–35 days depending on the destination port.

We work with advance/T/T, letters of credit (L/C) and cash against documents (CAD). Flexible terms can be considered for long-term partners.

Dried fruits should be stored in a cool (ideally below 10 °C), dry place away from sunlight. Under these conditions products keep their quality for up to 12 months.
